Nokia 6230i Email Settings

I recently bought the above mentioned phone, and can't get the email thing working, Nokia Thailand are useless, and so are AIS, I do have a pop3 with Yahoo which worked fine on the older Nokia 6230 I had a while back, then switched to a Palm which also worked fine, but can't figure out the settings on the new Nokia, done a web search, but can't turn up any info. Any of you fellas have any ideas??
