PATTAYA:-- On Monday Night, Pattaya Police arrested a transsexual on Pattaya Beach in front of Soi Pattayaland 2 following reports from a German Tourist who reported that a gang of them had attempted to accost him and steal his money.

Especially the part that says there was ALSO an ATTEMPTED robbery from a German tourist, as well as a robbery from a Russian one. That is...........two seperate crimes alleged
