The opening ceremony will take place, 10 April, at Phra Chetupon Wimol Manklaram or the Temple of the Reclining Buddha.

Anyone knows if they are still going to do the ceremony? (Any problem with the reds?) And if yes, what time and what exactly is it about?

Also they say about the "9 Sacred Places" which are?? @@
