Vietnamese buffets in CM seem to have an unusual format. They have a small buffet table but the buffet price allows you to order most of the items on the menu, which are then brought to your table. This is probably done to limit how much of certain items anyone will take, but I like this format as it means most of the food is brought to your table fresh.

There used to be a Vietnamese restaurant like this on Suthep Road called Halong Bay, but they closed several months ago. Their food was very good. "Madam Ian," across from the President Hotel, has the same format but the food is not nearly as good and the service is pretty bad.

Does anyone know of any other Vietnamese buffets with this format? I'm only looking for buffets and know there are many, many regular Vietnamese restaurants with regular ala carte menus all over CM.
