Happy Songkran to all. I usually partake in the water play but, decided to skip it this year. Heading back to the states for 3 weeks with wife and son, and don't want to take a chance of getting sick (like last year). Be careful of the dirty water and take your prophylactics. :)

My workmate arrives there on Saturday for a stag do, if I can convince him to hold his nerve.. Will the water throwing still be going on?

Even though my neighborhood is under siege by the Red Shirts I still try to celebrate Songkran.

However I wished I still were a kid and could celebrate with the kind of innocent joy that only children can display.

Happy Songkran to all no matter what color they wear!
