Hi folks

I trying to make an appointment for my wife to re-new her Thai passport but I can't through on their incredibly annoying phone system.

I must have tried at least 20-30 times as from the beginning of this week, only to get through to the same grating tones of an annoying cockney accent in a recorded message. Arrrhhh

I emailed them yesterday too, and guess what, no response.

Anyone have a number combination to tap in when you phone up that actually gets you through to someone.
