Hi folks

I trying to make an appointment for my wife to re-new her Thai passport but I can't through on their incredibly annoying phone system.

I must have tried at least 20-30 times as from the beginning of this week, only to get through to the same grating tones of an annoying cockney accent in a recorded message. Arrrhhh :)

I emailed them yesterday too, and guess what, no response.

Anyone have a number combination to tap in when you phone up that actually gets you through to someone.

Uh, guess what, it is Thai New year. 13, 14, 15, 16, April are Royal Thai Government holidays.

They will be closed until Monday 19th.
