Tel No. Not Working Help?

Featured Replies

Hi i just found out my flight back home has been cancelled due to the volcanic eruption taking place.

So onto the next step talking to the appropriate people and finding out when i can rebook another flight for etc. I am still unsure as to wether i should be calling BA or Qantas (who operate the flight) but either way i need to get through to somone.

So i have checked online for the local offices of both companies and got the relevant phone numbers but when i try to dial either of them after the 3rd digit the ringtone changes and the call is never made.

I am behind a switchboard in my apartment and usually i just need to press 9 to call any outside number and no problems so i just cant work out whats happening here.

Here are the relevant numbers:-

BA - Tel: +662 627 1701

Qantas - Tel: +66 (2) 236 2800

Am i missing something anyone got any ideas the sooner i can get through the better any help much appreciated!

What!! He's not calling a mobile.

Go back to bed...... :)

66 is the country code, which you use when you're outside the country, there's usually a 0 in between the country code and the local area code, which means that if you are outside the country you leave out the 0.

Seeing as you are inside the country, you don't use the +66 and you include the 0
