I have been married before and have my decree absolute, does this need translating into thai before i go to the british embassy, i am getting confusing information from the internet. Thanks for your help. Paul
April 20, 201016 yr The british embassy/consulate does everything in English. If you decree is in English then it is fine.

April 20, 201016 yr I went to the British Embassy with a letter from my Lawyer stating I was divorced, the letter being in German, I did not get it translated, and was given the Stamped Affirmation to Marry, the next day.
