Here is what I received. A US scam.

Hey!

I'm writing this with tears in my eyes,I came down here to London,England for a short vacation and i was mugged at gun point last night at the park of the hotel where i lodged all cash,credit cards and cell were stolen off me.

I've been to the US embassy and the Police here but they're not helping issues at all,My flight leaves in less than 3hrs from now and am having problems settling the hotel bills.

The hotel manager won't let me leave until i settle the hotel bills now am freaked out.

I need your help.

The first clue that this is a scam, is of course that there`s no such thing as Aussies bearing gifts.

The interesting thing here was they are targeting Thais..............bump

Anything that says "send me your details" is 99% likely to be a scam.

Some great ones on Craigs list too.

Nothing new about Lottery scams,they have been around worldwide for years.

What gets me is how can they sucker the Punter when they have not even entered the lottery?

BS about random names drawn out from some organisation or other would'nt wash with me even if it came from Microsoft!
