Over the last few days I have noticed a fair few baht buses driving around advertising condos for 3500 per month from AD Pattaya.

The half finished website advertised has absolutely no information regarding this, and almost no info at all.

The wording on the baht bus ("easy buy...." or something like that) almost made it seem as though it was a sale with 3.5k payments.

Just wondering if anyone knows what the score is with this place?

Maybe the 3.5K per month are the maintenance payments

I think previously they had a condo advertised for 7.5k per month. I called and spoke with a woman there and unfortunately I do not recall the details, but it was somewhat misleading advertising. It was not possible to buy at that low monthly rate.
