What suggests you that I have not consulted them; I may have and I don't remember how I have accessed them (but to be honnest that is not the case but surely this is none of your business and keep your comments for another purpose...I will not state which is the best)

I want to read the rules and it seems that you haven't done so

If you have, why don't you refrain from using foul language (By the way thank you for the count: this is one thing I do not rely on)
