Ok so here is a question, I have made the mistake of getting a 12 month multi entry O visa, I am now due for my first exit and return, But looking at my passport I think I only have 2 free pages left, So that looks like renewing the passport, So how can I continue to use the 12 month multi trip visa?

Is not a problem. When you get your new passport you will need to go to immigration who will transfer your current permission to stay to your new passport. Your visa cannot be transferred - as is not issued by Thai immigration but by Thai embassy/consulate abroad - but it remains valid in an old passport. You would need to travel using both passports until the visa expires.
