Should I use agency instead of by myself to get tourist visa?

I will go to penang to get tourist visa soon.

I will bring notePC to penang.

How can I connect internet by my notePC which is equiped with wireless LAN card.

Not sure of current taxi price but it used to be no more expense to use a travel office to obtain visa than to make two r/t taxi runs so I would use an agency.

Have no idea of Internet situation.

Lop's right, the fee is about that of return taxi. Lindaz, maybe use the search function at the top of the board and type in 'penang visa'. You'll find everything you need from previous posts. PS, you can plug your laptop in at a place just off Chulia st, opposite side of the best Indian restaurant this side of Mumbay called 'Kashmir'.

Agreed i have used these guys off and on with no problems at all. There used to be a bus service that went right past the turning to immigration, but they changed the route. I liked to do the run myself as it was better than just waiting around, but now i pay the guy and just wait around. Will be there next week waiting.
