2 Entry Tourist Visa

Featured Replies

Hello to all,

Hope you can help me. If I have 2 entry visa, can leave Thailand and go to Malaysia and entry to Thailand again on the same day ? Is this possible ?

Thanks.

That would be for the second entry? Yes.

Yes it is possible, but you will use up your second entry on re-entering the Kingdom. Unless travel is to activate second entry, depending upon your plans/how many days remaining on your current permission to stay, you may wish to consider obtaining a single re-entry permit from immigration before travelling (cost 1,000 baht) which would preserve your current permission to stay on re-entry and keep your second entry free for future use.

I will pay for 2 entry visa in my country. I have plan for stay in Thailand about 70 days. With 1 entry visa must to leave Thailand in 60 days. So i think that with 2 entry visa leave Thailand and go with bus to Malaysia near border and entry again to Thailand on the same day.

So won`t be some problem, if i entry to Thailand on the same day ?

Will not even be a problem if you turn around on the Malay side and immediately return.

Yes, you can.

1.) You will loose the remaining days from your first entry.

2.) You will receive a new stamp valid for a stay for an other 60 days (or 59 nights).

3.) Your 2 entry visa will be marked as used.

:)
