hi

my non imm o visa stamp in passport expires 8 aug thinking of going back to england in june for 1 month to see friends and watch football

would i be able to apply for another non imm o visa before 8 aug or do i have to wait for existing 1 to expire.

Apply for a new one and the old one will be canceled.

You can either apply early for an extension of stay, if you qualify, or get a new visa in the UK. The consuate will just cancel your current visa, if it is still valid.

You don't say if you have a valid multiple non-O and for what reason you qualified or are on an extension of stay from immigration.

have valid non imm o based on visiting friends and extended tourism i plan to get signed copy of girlfriends

If you apply through Hull there is minimal paperwork - passport, passport photo, application form and fee. No need for 'proof'.
