I have a retirement visa from Pattaya Immigration and my 90 day reporting is due in a couple of months. However in a few weeks I intend to move within Pattaya and hence change my home address.

So when I move what form(s) or formalities are necessary to notify immigration of my change of address?

You can file Form TM. 28 with immigration.
