May 2, 201016 yr First of all apology as i bet this has been asked a million times, done a little search but cant seem to fid anything recent ... but who's / where is cheapest to book flights ... im in thailand now ... should i just book online or use local travel agent ??? just need a one way ticket as im gonna try the train on way back .... thanks lads

There is a cheap bus service from the airport to Donsak where you can get the ferry to Samui. The whole journey will take around 3 hours and cost approx 300-400 Baht. Just take a songtheaw from Nathon. Definitely the way to go if time isn't an issue.

The longer journey probably costs about 1500 baht less overall. Whether that 1500 baht delta is worth it depends upon each person's circumstances.
May 2, 201016 yr i ask the same question last month, there is no real cheap way to fly, in the end i just paid the bKK flight price of 3660 THB !, as airasia looked to much of a headache to take

R U coming here on holiday ? If so, i would definately spend the extra money to fly here direct. !,800 differance? direct flight for me please.
