Thanks Melus. Well....I (should) have a 2560/512 connection. Maximum 300/300 every day (with total cuts in the afternoon). When I emailed after several days got a standard response with this remarkable comment in it: "About your problem,if do you want to have more stable bandwidth ,you should be change new package.".

So I asked what they were talking about (price, speeds, can they guarantee stability), without an answer of course.

The only thing True is interested in is getting more customers = more money and forget about service and capacity.

Maybe 100 or so customers should show up at their office for a "Honda CRV" type action...any takers ?

Well, that wouldn't do much good. Look at the bb.xx domain results above. That's the SME package, which they say is 60% garanteed. Yeah, right!

That's probably why they did not respond yet. I did tell them they should not sell me something else unless they are sure what they are talking about is solid.
