"Gy-nguang" is Turkey (as in Christmas!)

Nearest I can think of for Weocestershire Sauce would be "Chee-cho"

Worcestershire sauce is known by Thai people as "sour sauce" - ซอสเปรี้ยว (sors priaw).

I have often heard it called "Turkey Sauce" by Thais - here's the reason:

GY-NGUANG is the brand name

as is Lea and Perrin's in the UK, the best known one.

I haven't bought any GY-NGUANG brand for a long time. As I remember, not too bad at all, but has Formula 1 and Formula 2. I can't remember which one I preferred now. I used to like it in Mama noodles as a snack.
