I'm planing go to live in Thailand and working for a Thai company but working outside Thailand. Need I a Thai work permit. This company is a personal company not a limited company. And how to do with tax must I pay tax in Thailand or better my home country.

If you do not work here would not believe you would need, or even get, a work permit. The country you work in will have the requirements you must meet and if you are paid there you will probably have to pay tax there.
