Can i extend my visa with 30 days touristic visa?

I have to go outside thailand, can I make visa run?

I'm from Italy. I have ED visa now. I stay in Thailand already.

You can obtain a normal tourist visa allowing a 60 day stay that can be extended for another 30 easily in Vientiane or PP or KL. I would not recommend Penang at present but you might be able to get there also. If you want a two entry tourist visa both Vientiane and PP seem to offer. Just crossing border will only obtain a 15 day stay.

For a visa KL is likely the closest please to be sure of visa issue and before May 11 a tourist visa will cost about 1,000 baht.

well fly to KL (airasia) or take the van to Ranong (.phuket-visarun.com)..
