Can't Access Some Websites Lately

Hello, I have noticed I can't connect to some websites (US-server, harmless, non-thai related content) from Thailand/Bangkok (through several providers) lately. The sites are all accessible through a proxy.

Can you access the website xilisoft.com from Thailand?

When I run a traceroute to their server, it stops at 115.178.59.222 which belongs to these guys

netname: SUPERBROADBANDNETWORK-TH

descr: 1, 1293/9 ESV Tower 3rd floor,

country: TH

Do you have noticed the same or have any information about it? Currently I'm waiting for a tech (buddybb) to call me back but I have a feeling that I can wait for quite some time regarding this issue, if I get anything at all.

They have a bad reputation as forum spammers... you wouldn't know anything about that?

The core infrastructure for the Internet was being updated yesterday by a team from Verisign/ICANN/US Dept. Commerce.

Basically a change to how domains are resolved. It was a global change that affected users everywhere for a short time.
