Rimmer Posted May 7, 2010 Share Posted May 7, 2010 Pattaya Songkran Festival de-brief PATTAYA:-- A further meeting took place at Pattaya City Hall on Friday, chaired by Khun Wattana, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya where delegates discussed the Pattaya Songkran Festival and the problems that occurred and how they can be resolved for next year. Three major issues, major traffic congestion, a shortage of water and problems with emergency services were discussed. Tanaka Posted May 8, 2010 Share Posted May 8, 2010 Shorten the Festival to 2 days from 9 to 18 each day and BAN farangs from participating. (They could still be exposed though).
