That was my experience. Smoked for around 25 years, was up to 2 packs a day. Just stopped. Didn't change anything else about my lifestyle, at that point I was still spending hours a day in bars (drinking and playing pool). I simply said ok that's my last smoke and it was. No cravings, not touched one in about 14 years. I also did the same thing with alcohol 4 years ago. All it takes is willpower.- 1

A high tea ?
He is in a Pyhsco ward.... he goes nowhere for 30yrs, complains about Pattaya but allegedly keeps going back, one time complaining he couldn't find a good looking ladyboy, and one time thinking it was funny to make a man cry in a bar toilet, accusing him of deserting his kids. The amount of rubbish he posts is mental, wanting to visit prisons to give them Pyhsco advise and a book on the subject he wrote. He has no skills and little education being a cleaner for 30yrs, oh yer and having a go at a temporary cleaner where he works, something along the lines of are you a real man. He should be banned from entering Thailand. All this is just from my memory. -

Police should probe their own recruitment methods and why money is required to purchase a promotion and merit is never a consideration. Then they should prove the administrator and do the same. Then they should probe customs, immigration, all tambon, state and federal recruitment. It is all the same. Filthy from top to bottom. No promotions without payment. Corruption, at all levels. A completely broken system. -

How often do you get your ACs cleaned?
just had ours done this week, we usually do them every 6 months unless we start to get dripping water from them(caused by lots of dust in the air) then we get them cleaned straight away. We have found good cleaners and they do a really top job, they also fit air conditioners as well so are up on what needs to be done, they actually removed an air con from our other house and fitted it into our daughters new bangalow we have had built next to out house and patched the holes etc where it came from in the other house. We have had a couple of dud cleaners over the years so when you find a good one you stick with them -
