I have a PSI movable satellite disc, comes with a d-move and a G-box, which is able to move to 9 satellite stations. But sometimes after a heavy rainfall, it stops moving to the rest of the satellite station, and just stays on to the last watched satellite station. This had occured 3 times since installation which was a year ago. First reset by the technician was free, subsequent reset had to pay 500 baht each time. Today after a heavy rainfall, it stops moving again, does anybody know how to reset it or resynchronise it?

Does not help, unplugged it for an hour still the same old shit. It is gonna be some kind of reset, playing around with the remote, I saw the technician just playing around with the remote and 20 minutes later, all set.

I have had one of these units for a number of years, and I have managed to set it up, and program additional satellites from the information on Lyngsat.com but unfortunately being away from home I cannot remember enough details to be of any real help.

I suggest you browse the internet you may possibly see some instructions. I will look later to see if I have any instructions saved on my PC which will help

As far as I remember it is just a matter of letting it do an automatic recalibration of the satellites, but it is well over a year since I had to fix mine I am not much more help

Hi thaimite, I had done it once after the technician showed me how to reset all the satellite stations, but now and the previous attempt, it did not work out. I tried resetting and had screwed up all, even the last satellite station which I was able to receive is gone. I check the g-box and the satellite, satellite is moving, so there is no problem with the motor, just need to reprogram back all the satellite stations. Does anyone know how to do it? Any help will be appreciated.

Sorry I have no infomration on my PC here.

If all your stations are still programmed in, then it is a matter of going to the satellite selection, and telling the system to move the dish until it finds the satellite and locks on.

The information on Lyngsat is very useful because it gives yuo the locations of the satellites and once you find the first one you know whether the others are east or west. I remember during long lazy days in issan I could easily spend a morning adding satellites and channels from the latest Lyngsat information.
