Hi Chaps, I'm at home, my Thai engineer is nowhere to be contacted, and asking the Missus is hopeless for this type of question :)

I have a piece of equipment that needs Thai labelling of two switches that control the timing of a water pump.

The English labels are:-

'Pump' and 'Delay'

'Pump' defines the operating time of the pump in minutes and seconds.

'Delay' defines the off time between pump operations.

Soooo, I need suitable Thai wording, help :D

Please keep it simple, there isn't that much space :D

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

thai mimic those word so it's no problem to use ปั๊มป์ and ดีเลย์

if you prefer a very thai , delay can be หน่วงเวลา

To increase the clarity, you might consider "การปั้มป์" This makes it into a verb, whereas ปั้มป์ on its own is a noun

Similarly, you may want to preface หน่วงเวลา with a การ
