Try inserting the plug into the wall socket and press the power button ( | ). If it still does not turn on, you may need to contact a repairman.

Haha. Its back on now.

Normal broadcasting was interrupted and Thai text and voice over was on all channels.

Would've liked to have known what they were saying.

I've had to refresh the page about 100 times to reply to you.

Possible causes:

1] The neverending 'news' that is reported here, causing 'congestion'.

2] A piss poor internet service (which is 'horse drawn' in Thailand).

3] Your connection, which includes cable connections, PC & wireless.
