No one doubts a SMALL minority are armed that does not give the Military a free roll to MURDER 37+ people some unarmed and shot in cold blood

Coincidently, only a small minority have been killed too. And all the army has tried to do to this point is surround the area where the illegal mob has seized and stolen billions of dollars in both private and public property from the people of Thailand.

FC, no doubt, you were there and witnessed all 37 murders you have the evidence & can lay the blame with every responsible individual, so with all that trott along now and go and do what you have to do to bring those responsible to justice. If you can't, put up then its probably best to s..t up.

Of course the reason I say that is, in reality, neither you nor I know which shooters were responsible for which deaths and of course anyone here with unbias views and open mind will understand that there was most likely other shooters involved, not just army ones. Furthermore, some of those shot by the army may have been shot in accordance with lawful rules and guidelines and rightly so.

Trying to pedal things one way or another is outright stupid at this point.

URGENT UPDATE: After five days, the Thai authorities were able to obtain a picture of sniper who allegedly shot Army Specialist Maj Gen Khattiya Sawasdipol, better known as Seh Daeng.

sniper

Nice. :) But on a more serious note, wonder if Abhisit is regretting calling Seh Daeng the 'chief terrorist' in light of him receiving a funeral sponsored by HM the King and Queen. Bet Mark's kicking himself for that now.

And now , no way the blame for any 'black shirt' activities can be pinned on Seh Daeng by the media now, so they need someone else as a scapegoat.

They got that one covered...page 4 on Reds Live-Tues

Sae Deang's Close Aide into Custody

The Center for the Resolution of Emergency Situations, or CRES, reveals that officials have taken Sae Deang's close aide into custody.

They claim that the aide has revealed that Nutthawut Saikua is responsible for the widespread acts of terrorism throughout the city.

In the aftermath of April 10th Sae daeng spoke about taking out the command and control of the troops by using the grenade (not an admission that he did it, but a statement of admiration that his ronin did it)

So far, this appears that WHOEVER shot Sae Daeng may have accomplished much the same thing that Sae daeng admired after April 10th. The ronin have yet to be heard from since the job of containing Rachprasong has started. It could be that the military did it. It could be that the red leadership that Sae Daeng threatened did it. In the latter case, it may have warned the rest of the Ronin off .... but at a guess ....

Remember the CRES has several sources of information from inside the reds that they did NOT have on April 10th including Methee.

My sincere apologies NG, I am the nut not you. :D

Next time :) first. Maybe two.

Mai pen rai. We've all done the regrettable-knee-jerk-post-before-coffee thing at one time or another. I think everyone is getting a little bit edgy these days. And sarcasm does not work well in online forums as a general rule.

BANGKOK - A Red Shirt protest leader called an aide to Thailand's prime minister on his cell phone on Monday and proposed a cease-fire between demonstrators and troops, the aide said.

Korbsak Sabhavasu said he received a phone call from Nattawut Saikua, one of the Red Shirt leaders, on Monday and they spoke for five minutes.

Korbsak said he told Nattawut that if the Red Shirt fighters retreat to their encampment "there will be no single bullet fired by the soldiers."

Good evening Mr. T. Would you like to share your dinner menu with us all? Your sheep are having noodles. Are you setting the example of a good leader and sleeping on the street like your sheep? Are your children also sleeping on the street with you? Do your children now have skin disease like your sheep's children due to unsanitary conditions?

Just wondering Mr. T.

The High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay said Monday :

“I urge leaders to set aside pride and politics for the sake of the people of Thailand. As the latest government deadline passes, there is a high risk that the situation could spiral out of control, to prevent further loss of life, I appeal to the protesters to step back from the brink, and the security forces to exercise maximum restraint in line with the instructions given by the government. Ultimately, this situation can only be resolved by negotiation.”

Shot in cold blood? I don't think so.

But red propaganda would like to say so.

Weng on the toddler on tyres: It was never our resolution for anyone 2 do that. The parents must have just wanted to let him have some fun.

I will keep that in mind next time I want the kids to have some fun. I mean why go to a playground or get some toys when you can just go out amidst burning tires, smoke, and live ammunition being fired? Perhaps the Red leadership needs to start providing some alternative playgrounds.

Brilliant new strategy by the government - give the international media open and continuous access to Weng. This way the world can learn all about "defensive" guns, designed only to kill at 10 metres (and therefore not very effective defence, one would have thought, if the soldiers with their "offensive" guns are 100m away). They can learn about how Thai toddlers like to have fun by being forced to stands on tyre barricades in a live fire zone ... great stuff!

Red apologists desperately pushing the 'civilian murder' picture.

No doubt screaming about this to get international sympathy and time-out for the Thaksin forces to re-organise.

I didn't believe Mr. Weng could improve on his previous comments but now it is official - he is walking on his butt cheeks because both feet are in his mouth.

Interesting that the red apologists are now trying to paint the picture of the real reds and the fake violent reds.

Are they saying that the violent reds are endangering the 'peaceful' reds . Oh noooooooooo.

That would not do.

Better to keep them as human shields and collateral damage.

These people are so peaceful. The kind of folks we all want for next door neighbors. And it was inside a temple. They are also good Buddhists.

Just imagine then running the country.

Any red supporters want to comment on this one? Didn't think so.

Abhisit has the toughest job on hand right now in Thailand if not the world...

Well Sae Daeng, before the last chapter, was a long time Army soldier who rose to general.

Just because he made bad decisions towards the end, doesn't erase his past services to Thailand.

I believe for this past service he received the royal bathing rites bestowed.

A man is judge NOW, and also on the totality of his life.

The highest chair is no doubt wise enough to take the long view.

This week I have thought of the old White Christmas song Big Crosby sang;

"What Do You Do With a General,

When He's No Longer Being A General?"

And that leaves --- point 14 --- Violent assemblies. While that may be the way that you see it then the use of firearms is allowed.Anything else is semantics to be decided and yes in some cases the troops probably have made mistakes.

...

When faced with enemies that are armed and willing to do that then YES people will get hurt and killed. The wrong people sometimes.

Excuse the murder of a 10 years old boy an a mistake makes you to a Murder apologist.

That pathetic club is big here on TVF and makes you many friends.

VictorMeldrewBKK'2010-05-18 13:32:40']I've just put another video up. It's gonna send the red sympathizers up the wall post-105662-1274164236.gif

Thaksin Empire State of Mind (In Bangkok)

Really excellent vid well done :)

Bought a smile to my face and a tear to my eye.

While not a fan of the musical genre or the NY Yankees I have to say well done. Particularly the sequence at 1:30 - 1:34 tieing the black shirt commandos of April 10 directly to the Red Shirt leadership. Amnesty my ass!

well thank you both post-105662-1274178546.gif

If you liked that, then watch my newer one showing how armed they are. It has shut up a lot of 'red got no weapons brigade'. please leave comment because there are many red sympathizers giving it the usual rubbish.

I am interested in knowing who, why and where the boy was murdered.

Please provide the information as you have misconstrued it.

Thanks,

I am adherent of Seh Daeng's change-through-peace-and-music policy.
