Accessing Forex/spread Accounts In Thailand

Recommended Posts

Not that I've ran into (as far as trading forex). I yse Interactive Brokers and Think or Swim.

I have found that some online gaming site (like for roulette) are blocked, but not all.

I guess it may well be luck of the draw then.I know Betfair can be accessed and my spreads account is an off shoot of the same company so may be ok.

I like the 'trading/gambling' slur. Forex sites aren't blocked as far as I'm aware, but I've always thought the same thing, they are just gambling aren't they? After all that's why proceeds aren't taxed :) Man, if I had a dollar for every guy I've met in Bangkok claiming to be trading for a living.............

Its certainly a fine line between trading and gambling.

Spreads accounts are viewed as gambling and profits are tax free.As Ive never had a full blown forex account I'm not sure if profits are taxable ? I would have thought they were.
