Its not just me spoken to a few people, but apparently its covered under the emergency resolution powers. Definately blocked at the moment!!

Seems to be the government's reaction to anything that could allow people to share information. Blackberry services were also cut I heard. Nothing beats censoring all media channels to give the public that sense of well-being and trust in their elected officials. Though strangely enough, Hi5 is working...
