I wonder about the motorcycle riders. How many of them were wearing proper helmets correctly? I'd put a lot of money down on the injured children not wearing protective gear of any sort. Maybe we need some campaigns educating motorcycle riders as well, eh?

Now if you'll read my post again, I clearly said I wondered how many of them were wearing helmets. I don't see anything wrong with that. The news clipping said 'some of the victims' wearing helmets. I want to know an exact number.

Well technically, he's right. You can drink and drive in many countries as long as you're not over the legal limit. Whether it's moral or not is a different story
