Cat And Dog Hotel In Pattaya

Featured Replies

Today I went to see the "dog hotel" of Muang Ake vetenarian. It was a dark humid room without any windows with a fan in the middle on the first floor. Two sizes of cages for big and smaller animals. 120thb a days for my cat and my 10kg dog 140thb a day.

I would leave them there for 1 or 2 days but not with the utmost best feeling if you catch my drift.

So does anybody know a more expensive pet hotel in Pattaya?

There's some suggestions in this thread-

I've also seen this one come highly recommended via ThaiVisa-

Mr Chaiporn Thongra-ar

Chumsai Dog Care

Banglamung

I think it's in the Laem Chabang area.

Further afield there's Pet Paradise in Bangkok-

Good luck :)

Definetly recommend Mr. Chaiporn-ar at the Dog Hotel otherwise known as Chumsai Dog Care. We have left our dog there many times, once for a month, when we were out of the country. For a small dog he charges B150 per day plus food. Or you can bring your food. He provides both fan or a/c accomadations for your pet.

But this Chumsai is also in Bangkok right? I need something in Pattaya. Traveling to Bangkok with my cat and dog is too much trouble.

And I see a post was moderated? Might I know what this person had to say? Something bad about pet care in Pattaya in general? (wouldn't disagree to be honest)

They said that any dog or cat place you take your pet to will just leave the animal to die, which was pretty unhelpful and also inaccurate.

I think the Chumsai Dog place is quite near Pattaya- Bang Lamung is just north of Pattaya.

Pet Paradise is pretty good & popular with Thai 'superstars' and the type of people who own Mini's. But on the east of Bangkok. Our dog has stayed there before for 2 weeks and seemed healthy and happy enough when we picked him up. And so he should be at about 800 baht/night for his AC room plus some additional payments for regular swims in the pool.

It is very near Pattaya. Check out the website or give them a call for directions. It's not far from Pattaya but a bit difficult to find.
