I 've noticed about 60,000 has gone missing from my account some time earlier this week and I need to notify the bank.

Any hope of reopenings on Monday May 24th ?

FYI, Monday is the 24th

Yes, in general all banks branches will open on Monday, except tourched/damaged bank branches.

You should be able to report by phone in any case and most branch banks in shopping centers are normally open 7 days will be open today (although will have to close early if under curfew).
