I thought that this may be of interest to some:

DharmaLib is an open exchange library for books and articles in Buddhism.

The official opening of the Library will take place in September. Up until then books will be added on a regular basis, and new categories will be established.

All visitors can submit books for inclusion in the library, librarians make the selection, registered members can download the approved resources.

The address of the library is http://www.dharmalib.org

Feel free to suggest titles and categories.

Out of the first submissions, we recommend two titles:

Th. Stcherbatsky, The Central Conception of Buddhism and the Meaning of the Word Dharma, London: RAS, 1923.

Mahayana Samgraha

See also the Sample Chapter 10 from the book of R. Dreyfus on Dharmakirt and Buddhist theories of reality. The chapter deals with the forms of moderate realism in Tibetan Buddhism.
