Selling Imported Goods In Thailand

Featured Replies

I have established co.ltd. company and i want to selling some electronic goods that were imported by mail from somewhere (ebay, amazon etc.) .

Is that okey if i just make orders in those shops to be delivired to my mail address and after receiving goods start selling them? Or i must do some paperwork before (dont know.. get license , chat with customs, etc.. ) ?

Noone can answer your question due to lack of info;

  1. The company ltd you have is in Thailand?
  2. What kind of electrinic items? (Electronics are 700% sales tax here).
  3. Do you have a work permit here in Thailand to sell or work?
  4. You mean you are buying electronic items from ebay etc and having them shipped to you in the mail to Thailand to your home adress?

Yes if I were you I would talk to a lawyer, thai customs, etc etc etc etc

Do you even live in Thailand?
