June 24, 201016 yr Their own website says check in closes 30 minutes before departure and the gate closes 10 minutes before departure. However, the wife, baby and I fronted up at the check-in for an Udon flight 15 minutes before departure and they checked us in, multiple bags and baby carrier as well. That was at a quiet 6pm period mid-week. Great airline... great airport. Edited June 24, 201016 yr by NanLaew
