whats this 'dropping a Kratong Leaf' thing. Its a new one on me. taking a dump maybe, or some subtle coded message ?

No, Katrong (possibly misspelled) is an illegal stimulant that grows in the jungle around where I live. One chews the leaf and it gets you buzzed... Kind of like chewing Coca leaves in South America. I guess it's katom according to my mier, Thai wife...
