just simple story, girlfriend stay already with me 15 month,,,ok before she married, finnished about 3 years, but typicly thai not changed any papper oder divorce. just simple changed simcard of telephone.

as of december 2009 she changed tambien ban to another location, as proof of not stay together.

the court in minburi said she can only divorce if wait 3 years, when man dont want to divorce, man dont want,bcs of whatever reason ( depts from house before or ....) the court in minburi said, if she could prove the name of the new girlfriend of man,( tambienban and id card ) they can find out ,that she get baby from this man, and the divorce go more quick.

problem,,,since WE tryed to get the documents, they are just off. so at the moment cant get any documents.

pls leave away comments like better shes married and you free, its not about i want to go married, i give a s.... on,,,but its about another thing i.e. assets

some question

1. is there a way to get this done more quickly

2. any good lawyer around minburi ,,who charge and promise the date of divorce and not only paying for nothing

3. is there a way to go to police for example , make a order for kidnapping child ( since they know child not back to home) possible any charges against man, so that police could find out where they stay

4. a way of paying for a result

5.!!!! somebody know sure ,,,,,,if there is no marriage contract, and after lady changed tambienban away from man,,,and she sign on court for divorce.....and after she gets any ASSETS , can the man try to get part of this assets

how you can proof this,, that it is valid for divorce by one part only. is a proof of witnesses ok and what it mean exactly

Fasted is a divorce at the amphur, but for that both have to agree to a divorce.

Since there is no agreement, one can only divorce at the courts, under one of the grounds that the law states. How to proof that is a question for a lawyer. Infidelity is a good option, if you can get the birth crtificate of the child he fathered and he is named on the birth certificate as the fahter that might work.

Try to convince the husband that a divorce is the right thing to do, maybe contact his family. They might not want a court case but prefer the more quiet way of a divorce at an amphur.

ok come a little bit further , in case of the above section of law,,, there is a way of taking advanatge of an dedektive who bring the requiered documents.

problem they want to charge in davance / 5000thb arround

and i know in thailand paying in advance is in many time worthless,they 3 denied payments after and only a deposit of 1k.

anybody knows dedektive or simmilar in minbrui or bangkok, who is fair and not overcharging

on section 1516 we get it done and can prove, the court issue document already.

how,, we-she payed 2 people total cost 2000thb, one who was taken foto and 2 for security. at the home find lady and baby proofed by video and when the man see there was video taken try to start to fight ( after make him feel bad by talking bad ) and wnat damage camera.
