Casting Netflix
This seems like a possible reason given the OP subscribed to a "promotional" package. Features/functions are probably described in the T's & C's. Maybe the OP can share more details? And fewer photos upside-down. What is the specific package you subscribed to? I'd probably update and/or uninstall and reinstall the Netflix app on the TV. Can you cast Youtube from your phone to your TV? What kind of phone do you have? Android? iPhone? If Android, do you have Google Home installed? Can you cast a Chrome browser screen from your pc to your tv
