Hello!

I need a table for work - steady and strong enough for everyday punching on it with a hammer (for leather craft) around 30x30 inch or a bit less. Strong wood would be perfect. I mean as long as it strong and steady - it's ok. Not the table for eating or putting computer and stuff on it... And very simple - not decorated and carved or something.

Do you know where to order (or buy) this in the city or not so far away?

May be someone have ordered furniture and is satisfied with result?

Or someone is living near to the wood craft or furniture making shop?

I would really appreciate your advice

I have seen people make something similar to what you want buy getting a piece of tree trunk about 450 mm long and 600 mm in diameter, then bolting some legs on it, so it ends up with a flat round surface at the top. This will give you a solid block that will handle all the bashing you can give it.

There is a shop that makes furniture to order at Big C on the Superhighway (as you drive in it is on your left next to another shop that has more expensive furniture). Nothing fancy! We had some shelves and tables made there. Very satisfied for the price.
