3 month visa

Featured Replies

I have a rather basic question about a visa.

I want to stay in Thailand for 2, maybe 3 months this coming summer, and I was wondering how I can go about getting a visa.

The original plan is to buy a oneway ticket to thailand and buy a ticket when I want to go back. Can this be done at all or must I have a return date in order to get a visa for 3 months ?

Please, any info appreciated :o

You can apply for a Tourist visa (valid for 60 days and extendable for another 30 dags, total 90 days).

If you want to stay longer, ask for a double entry "TR", that will give you total 6 months of stay incl. extenstions, but you have do do a visa run after the first 90 days.

If you have a visa, any type of visa, you are not required to have a onward ticket.
