me and my girl have a cat she is going back home soon and so am I

i was wondering how she could take the cat to her home

can she take it in a small cage on the bus or are there other ways by some sort of mailingservice or something ??

There is no mail service that you can trust with a live pet. She needs to keep the cat with her.

Suggest she fly to Kon Kaen on Udorn on TG (may have to go to Bkk and tyhen get connecting flight) , they will allow the cat in the cabin (have to inform them in advance, pay a small "excess baggage" charge and show proof of rabies vaccination).

From the Kon Kaen airport to her home, bus or taxi as applicable with the cat in a case

Bus or train all the way from Phuket would be difficult. Not 100% impossible, but hard on the cat and you'd need to have a large cage big enough to hold a small tray of kitty litter as well as water. If you can shorten the travel time by flying to Kon Kaen, I would. That way no need for litter tray etc, just a caryy case for the cat.
