They are clueless, useless, greedy, incompetent, skill-less, tactically naive, cumbersome, lazy, over the hill, lacking effort, unpatriotic, slow, selfish, pig ignorant, over rated and over paid, under performing........ and now it is revealed: totally brainless!

http://www.dailymail...-dangerous.html

So how come each of them earns well in excess of 100,000 pounds per week?!

Answer: Some people are more brainless in others.

England fan fined for trespassing

Journalist has case adjourned

Joseph_2472358.jpg Joseph: Fined

Pavlos Joseph has been fined £65 after pleading guilty to trespassing after entering the England dressing room following the World Cup match against Algeria.

The 32-year-old appeared in court in Cape Town on Wednesday charged with trespassing following the game with Algeria on 18th June.

Sunday Mirror journalist Simon Wright was arrested on Monday night at Cape

Town international airport after being charged with defeating the ends of justice and flouting the Immigration Act, after being accused of orchestrating the incident.

Joseph claimed he entered the dressing room as he was looking for a toilet, but used the encounter to tell David Beckham the game had been "a disgrace".

Joseph gave an interview to the Sunday Mirror in which he said he was looking for the toilet at Green Point stadium after the match when a security guard sent him in the direction of the players' tunnel.

He was arrested at the Bay Hotel in Camps Bay on Sunday 20th June, the day his interview was published.

At Wednesday's hearing Joseph pleaded guilty to the charge of trespassing and was fined £65, while the case against Wright has been adjourned until 7th July.

You have got to laugh at this stuff, maybe it would of been more appropiate to have arrested the whole England squad for trespassing and immitating footballers in the World Cup Finals :whistling: in fact any fees they recieved in that bulging players pool should of been confiscated and given to charity!

Edit to remove a load of jumbled letters...not mine this time!

England played as well as they could, with the best English players they could find. With their best players playing as well as they could, they were no better than the US or Algerian teams, and weren't as good as the Germans. Jolly bad luck, old fellows. You just didn't cut the mustard this time. Stiff upper lip, old chap. Perhaps an added portion of spotted dick would stiffen your resolve.

How is that chip on your shoulder doing anyway?

You'd call it a crisp and, thanks for asking, I ate it.

England were just plain knackered really, and it won't change until the leagues system does, or someone has the foresight to work in a few second stringers in to the squad, eg, Bullard.

I like this post, but as for the personnel! I doubt we'll see Johnson or Terry again, or not at the finals at any rate. Both are slow and won't get any the quicker. One i9s also a mutionous saboteur of a unt.

You neglected to add slowest player in the World Cup,Barry.Other tortoises to mention......Gerrard,Lampard,Ferdinand,King,Upson,Warnock,Baines and Joe Cole.

Baines was so slow he missed the flight and wasn't even IN South Africa!!!!!

Capello never picked him you oldgit, and you failed to mention the tortoise with the broken legs, Carragher.

England have now revealed their new crest for the fothcoming European qualifiers matches.

He's still a sloth whether he was there or not.

David Beckham cooled England 'war' between Steven Gerrard & John Terry at World Cup 2010 - report

1 Jul 2010 07:27:00

David Beckham had to intervene in a row between Steven Gerrard and John Terry that threatened to split the England camp ahead of the Three Lions' defeat to Germany, according to a report from The Sun.

It is apparently believed that Gerrard, along with his Liverpool team-mate Jamie Carragher, were on one side of the split with Terry on the other.

The Reds duo were reportedly incensed that Terry had called the England players into a huddle after the game against Slovenia.

That was seen as a direct challenge to Gerrard's captaincy of the side, and the row had threatened to spill over until Beckham apparently stepped in as peacemaker.

The Sun claims that that was enough to diffuse the row, though it also hints that the matter may now fester on following England's somewhat shambolic exit from the tournament in South Africa.

I find this hard to believe

Mmmmmmmm.

I suspect there will be worse than this coming out ;)

I wonder if it was north versus south, or just Chelsea versus the rest ;).

If that would be the case, all those brilliant Multi Millionaire football players wouldn't be worth to wear the colours of England.

Bah

I thought it was all a moral issue. John Terry pissed off that Gerrard was awarded the captaincy when he had got his wife's sister pregnant.

OXO have introduced a new red and white cube for the World cup. Its called 'The laughing stock'. :D

Things aren't as bad as they seem. Look at the French and Italians.

Anyways, the big issue I see is all these friendlies (FA Cash Cows). The guys play enough games already. Two meaningless warm up games a couple weeks before the WC to get the guys who have played 50+ games already this year in shape is stupidity of the highest order.

I would suggest that had England not played any friendlies at all - even in between qualifying for the WC, the team would have been fresher physically and mentally and would have done better.

"Things aren't as bad" - yes they really are!!

But I agree, the players looked utterly knackered and play far too many games. It would be better if the FA stood up to the league but I doubt if this will happen. Perhaps the FA could introduce a rule,ie, if you've played more than 40 games this season, you don't get picked for England for finals. This would lead the players to demand backing from their club. It would also mean bigger club squads, better for the game all round. Won't happen of course.

I also feel that if there is a criticism of Capello, then he lost his bravery a couple of months ago and started to choose the soft options, England could have taken a few youngsters along.

I still think taking a couple of solid players along from less fashionable clubs would have been good too, and could well imagine Bullard, and Davies playing well and without fear, and anyway are the so called superstars that good!

Finally, I wish burgers would shut up!

About 6 of the German Players played quite a few more games than their English counterparts; so how come they play/played well, aggressive and don't look "utterly knackered" ?

Same for some of the South American- and Dutch guys.

We better stop discussing the England team here since we have now 4 country teams left and England is not one of them ;)

Uruguay - Holland - Germany - Spain

3 from Europe continent

1 from South America

You were talking technical ability of the Germans being superior and are very wrong .... being better as a team is something different its the magic ingredient not many international teams have, but the Germans seem to find it time after time.

I wasn't ;)

But to say that the English players are on the same technical level, individually, as the German players is something worth a discussion.

Personally, I doubt it, knowing England was beaten by 4-1 by the German team.

I think the results of the English team were quite meager in this World Cup:

England - USA 1:1

England - Algeria 0:0

Slovenia - England 0:1 results in the Group Stage

Germany - England 4:1 result in Stage 2

Of course England was stolen by a goal when it became 2:2 but that wasn't a guarantee that England could have beaten this kind of well playing German team.

On the other hand it surprises me that many seen to forget that this German team wasn't that superior in the first round when Serbia beat Germany with 1:0 on June 18th.

It's really no big deal.

For all i care you can start off an "of all his cynical dives which one do you think is Robbens the most despicable" thread.

It's a free world.

The frustration some members have over Robben is amazing and amusing.

They rather should be frustrated over the performance of their own team; they didn't even play against Holland. <_<

One win -out of 4 matches- over a dwarf country like Slovenia with a stunning 2 Million people and 1:0 is all they could do.

Don't blame the messenger Carmine and don't blame players of winning teams; England, and their supporters, should look in the mirror, not blaming others, but what can one expect if the manager/coach, Fabio CAPELLO takes the lead in blaming others for their defeats ?

But, of course he blamed others since he's afraid for his pay-off check of some GBP 11 Million...or is it less :( ?

I have more respect for the (ex)-Italian coach, Marcello LIPPI, who put himself #1 to be blamed after Italy was sent home.

You're not well informed and it's a disgrace that Capello said it was because his players were tired. What a shame.

He simply wasn't able to put a TEAM together and let those fabulous players (I mean that) form a National team, able to play football and beat their opponents.

England performed poor, period. 1 win in 4 matches; if that isn't a shame you tell me what it is.

Many of continental players (including 6 of the German team) have been playing MORE GAMES than the English players. How come they are so fit than?

If some of you don't see it's a combination of (lack of) leadership of the manager/coach together with the English football system against the European continental (Dutch) school-style as well as the South American school, up to you.

It's the total -English- system that has to be turned around.

The English League is one of the most watched -and admired- football systems in the entire world but it seems that it's not fit enough to beat all the other systems and win the worldcup.....

I don't object to you (guys) posting; it's a bit the other way around of members who have trouble accepting that England performed poorly this WC and start blaming others, like myself.

Ok i confess to not being a weatherman ..... but isnt the reason clubs in many parts of Europe get a winter break more to do with the fact their winter is far colder then the relatively mild English winter, as opposed to it being for resting players.

And Laopo the English are more the critical of their team so no need to come out with some cr4p that we're in denial and just make up excuses.

One reason they didnt look too fit is most had either just come back from long term injuries, had niggly injuries or in Barrys case he's overweight so unable to run and is not really very good.

English fans are some of the harshest critics of the England team. Laopo is just looking for any reason he can as to why people are so disgusted with Robben. In his mind it can't be because the man cheated and in doing so helped Holland to win the game, it must be because these people are sore losers. Go figure...
