Let's post photos of some unusual Bangkok buildings and have a discussion about them. This one is next to the Ploenchit SkyTrain station. It is on the HomePro side of the tracks.

Forgive me for asking, but what is unusual about that building?

I am not speaking about the HomePro building in the left background...rather, the low profile place to the right that appears to have at one time to have been a part of something bigger. Like an entrance to something 'important'.
