musty เหม็นอับ

fetid เหม็นเน่า or เหม็นฉิบหาย

If you don't mind musty odors the word is กลิ่นอับ (glin-ap)

Only when it is foul does it become เหม็นอับ (stinky-musty)

Depend on your level of toleration, I suppose. Anything that is อับ is pretty much เหม็น to me.
