The Phantom and millions of other bikes are still completely legal to ride around on. Obviously you were thinking of me with the roller skate line and I am glad to say you must have left your camera at home the day you saw me on my Phantom. There is nothing much wrong with a Phantom for FUB's like me and at least it it is comfortable and not like sitting on a high speed razor blade.
June 24, 201016 yr I got a moto taxi guy who rides a phantom, perhaps you can rent his for a few hours or just ride on the back like me. Best moto taxi I have ridden on in Bangkok.
