I am looking leasing my Gay owned Guesthouse to someone in the community. It can be run as a guest house or for a nice private place to stay for a group of like minded friends to stay. It is walled and private with around 8+ rooms, around 15 kms South of Pattaya. Recently refurbished and fully furnished. I want to travel long term. Basically, I am looking for someone to maintain it so it does not deteriorate, cover the costs, etc. I have lived there for 10 years and enjoyed it so would like the opportunity for someone else to now. I know it is not a good time to sell so I am open to suggestions or even swap for land in the same area. Thanks
