Hi,

I have had no picture since around noon yesterday. Tried contacting them (038423777) and got a message on cell that the "network is busy". Then tried an hour later and no one answers the phone. Does anyone else have the this problem? Thanks.

Finally got in contact with Sophon on their mobile number and it seems that someone cut the cable at the trunk in my area. They say it should be fixed later this afternoon.
