i am in the process of booking my annnual trip to pattaya, now being from the uk i am a victim of the "one eyed jock" and therefore travelling on a budget. I have two questions 1/ i will be arriving at 18.40 and i want to take the bus to central pattaya has anyone got info on a bus company and timetable from the airport 2/ has anyone got info on serviced apartments on central road or soi bukhow for a 2 months stay

Head straight down to EXIT number 8 on the ground floor and you might be lucky to get a bus straight down to Pattaya / Jomtien. about 120 to 130 Baht one way. If you are delayed after 9pm - I think you are toast and will have to get a taxi. Make sure you go to the booths outside on the ground floor and get a price and ticket from the desk before getting a taxi. (you maybe know this already) should be no more that 1500 including tolls.

for the bus to Pattaya from Suvarnabhumi Airport.

The last bus to pattaya departs at 18:00 from the airport.

They depart from Level 1 gate 7.

As you arrive after that time you have 2 choices:-

* you can take a cab from the airport to pattaya

* take cab or bus to Ekamai Bus station in BKK and then bus to pattaya.

The last bus leaves at 2100 hrs.
