Sitting just 300 metres from the beach, at Rawai, the 5,637 square metre hotel will have 83 luxury rooms after renovations are complete. The owner has recently been pursuing an unrelated business venture, and the hotel is no longer his principal interest. He has therefore sanctioned a sale, although a joint partnership would be viewed as an option if a suitable investor were to come forward. Recent estimates placed a valuation of 359,000,000 baht on the building and land. As a loan of 137,000,000 baht is outstanding, the asking price has been set accordingly low, at under asset value.
